The clinic posts every day. The owner spends fifteen minutes a week on it.
A physiotherapy and wellness clinic with three practitioners. The owner treats patients most of the day and used to do the marketing after the last one left. Now a SureThing AI marketing assistant does the reporting and the drafting, and she does the deciding.
This is a real SureThing workflow. We set it up with the owner and wrote it down here. Names and visuals are recreated; the steps, the screenshots and the numbers are theirs.

Marketing happened after the last patient.
Before SureThing, the owner checked bookings in one tab, reviews in another and Instagram on her phone, usually at 9pm. Posts went out in bursts when she had a free evening, then nothing for two weeks. She knew the numbers mattered and never had them in one place.
Three routines. She signs off on every post.
Daily business report
Every morning at 7:30 the routine pulls bookings from the calendar, site visits from Analytics, reach from Instagram and booking requests from the inbox into one short report. Five lines, worst first. She reads it with her first coffee.
Weekly marketing plan
Every Monday it drafts the week's five posts from what worked last week and what's coming up, like a new class or a seasonal offer. Each post arrives with a caption and a suggested photo from the clinic's own library. She moves one, cuts one, usually keeps three.
Owner review
Nothing posts on its own. Each draft waits in her inbox; approve, edit or skip is one tap. About fifteen minutes a week, all of it review.
Six spots left for Thursday's 6pm mobility class. Forty minutes, all levels, bring the shoulders you've been sitting on all week. Book through the link in bio or reply here and we'll hold one for you.
What one week actually looked like.
The plan came in with five posts. She swapped Tuesday's for a patient story a runner had agreed to share, cut Friday's, and approved the rest before her 9am.
The report flagged a no-show and 6 open spots in Thursday's class. The Wednesday post was already about the class. She changed one line and posted it. Four of the six spots went that afternoon.
She tried.
ChatGPT writes a decent caption. It doesn't know that Thursday's class has six spots left, that the back pain reel outperformed everything last week, or that a patient just agreed to share her story. The routine does, because it reads the calendar, the analytics and the inbox every morning.
The point isn't the caption. It's that the caption comes from what actually happened at the clinic yesterday.
What still needs a human.
The report once counted a cancelled booking as a no-show; she caught it and the rule got tightened. A reel caption used a phrase she would never say to a patient, so she rewrote it and the next drafts followed her wording. And it never decides what the clinic stands for or which patients to feature. That stays hers.
The clinic has been running this for 14 weeks. 4 tools. 3 routines. 70 reports. 61 posts published, every one approved by the owner.
