When you use SureThing, each Execution costs credits. Cost depends on factors like task complexity, how much context and data are involved, which tools and connections are active.
Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation (e.g. Basic: 6,000 credits, Pro 1: 40,000 credits). In addition, all users receive daily bonus credits when they visit the app — 150 credits per day on all plans. Daily bonus credits reset at Midnight UTC.
To optimize credit usage, break large tasks into clear, specific instructions, remove unnecessary tool connections and causal work.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, reset your billing cycle, and issue a new credit grant for the new payment amount so you get the full benefit of your upgrade right away. Downgrades and plan cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes! Every new user receives 1,000 credits to get started — no credit card required. Free accounts also receive 150 Daily Refresh credits each day you log in, up to a maximum of 750 credits. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.
Daily Refresh is a bonus credit reward you earn simply by opening SureThing each day. Every login grants you 150 credits — that's up to 4,500 extra credits per month. If you don't log in, the credits aren't issued. Daily credits don't roll over to the next day.
If you are unhappy with SureThing, we will provide a refund upon request within 28 days of your payment. Please downgrade your account to the Free plan first and then contact our team.
We're still in Beta — a detailed usage breakdown on the Settings page is coming soon. In the meantime, you can ask SureThing directly in the chat: just type "List all my running tasks" and it will show you what's currently active. You can also stop any unnecessary tasks by typing something like "Stop the xxx task" to manage your credit consumption.
All paid plans include email support. If you're on a Pro plan ($200/month or more), you also get access to live video support with our team for more hands-on help.
