Connecting an app

Open Integrations

Click Integrations in the left sidebar.

Find the app

Search or browse by category, then select Connect.

Sign in and approve

Sign in to the app and approve access. You can connect more than one account of the same app — for example a work and a personal Gmail.

Give agents access

Choose which agents can use the connection. An agent can only use the apps it has been given access to.
You don’t have to connect everything up front. When an agent needs an app it doesn’t have yet, it asks you to connect it in the conversation. Browse the full list at surething.io/connect-apps.
Facebook connects Pages only, not personal Facebook accounts.

Disconnecting

Open Integrations, select the app, and disconnect the account. Agents lose access immediately. You can also manage connections from Settings → Connections.
