SureThing Bridge is a Chrome extension that lets agents use your own browser — for sites that don’t have an integration, or that need you to be signed in.

Install

  1. Install SureThing Bridge from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click the SureThing Bridge icon in the Chrome toolbar and choose Connect. Sign in to SureThing if asked — this links the extension to your account.
  3. Open Integrations in SureThing — the Browser extension card shows as connected.

What agents can do with it

With the extension connected, agents can open pages, read what’s on them, click, type, and scroll in your browser — using the sessions you’re already signed in to. Ask for the result in the conversation, for example “check my orders on the supplier portal and summarize anything delayed”.

Good to know

  • Agents work in the Chrome profile where the extension is installed.
  • Keep Chrome open while an agent is doing a browser task.
  • To stop agents from using your browser, choose Disconnect in the extension popup, or remove the extension from Chrome.
