SureThing remembers durable facts and preferences — how you like reports formatted, who your key contacts are, the tone you write in — so you don’t have to repeat yourself. Agents pick up these memories in future conversations and routines.

Where memories apply

Each memory has a scope:
  • Global — applies everywhere, across all your projects.
  • A specific project — applies only inside that project.

Managing your memories

Open Settings → Memory to see everything SureThing remembers. From there you can:
  • Search memories by text
  • Filter by tag or by scope
  • Add a memory yourself and choose its scope
  • Edit a memory that’s out of date
  • Delete a memory you no longer want used
You can also just say it in the conversation — “remember that our fiscal year starts in April” — and SureThing saves it for you.
