# Connect your apps

> Give agents access to the tools you already use.

Agents do real work by using your apps — reading and drafting email, managing your calendar, posting to social accounts, pulling numbers from analytics, updating your CRM. SureThing connects to hundreds of apps.

## Connecting an app

**1. Open Integrations**

Click **Integrations** in the left sidebar.

**2. Find the app**

Search or browse by category, then select **Connect**.

**3. Sign in and approve**

Sign in to the app and approve access. You can connect more than one account of the same app — for example a work and a personal Gmail.

**4. Give agents access**

Choose which agents can use the connection. An agent can only use the apps it has been given access to.

You don't have to connect everything up front. When an agent needs an app it doesn't have yet, it asks you to connect it in the conversation.

## Disconnecting

Open **Integrations**, select the app, and disconnect the account. Agents lose access immediately. You can also manage connections from **Settings → Connections**.
