# Approvals

> Agents draft; you decide. Review, edit, and approve before anything leaves SureThing.

When an agent prepares something that acts on your behalf, it doesn't just do it. It shows you an **approval card** in the conversation with the exact content that will be sent, posted, or scheduled. You can edit it, approve it, or discard it.

## Types of approval cards

| Card | What you can do |
| - | - |
| **Email** | Review a new email, reply, or forward. Edit the recipients, subject, and body, check attachments, choose which connected account it's sent **from**, then **Send** or **Discard**. |
| **Calendar** | Review an event to create, update, or cancel — time, attendees, and details — then **Schedule** or **Discard**. Invitations from others can be answered with **Accept** or **Decline**. |
| **Social post** | Review the post and media, pick the account to **post as**, then post or discard. |
| **Permission** | Approve when an agent needs a new kind of access before it continues. |
| **Question** | Answer when the agent needs a decision from you to continue. |

## Editing before you approve

Every draft is editable. Change the wording, fix a recipient, or remove an attachment — what you approve is exactly what goes out.

## Why approvals exist

Sending an email, publishing a post, or inviting people to a meeting can't be taken back. Approval cards keep those moments in your hands while agents do the rest of the work.
